Let me give you an example of Arab Oil Sheik PoA.

The Aspen-Pikin airport has too many private jets that they have no room for bigger planes such as private 737 or A100. They have a crappy short runway for those too.

I've heard that one of PoA Oil Sheik has a biggest house in Pikin County (near Aspen) + has a private airport runway to accommodate just that.
As you know, in order to lay an asphalt for 1/2 mile can cost about $900k-1.8m depends.

Reminds me of myself trying to go to batting cage when I was 13. It was waste of time and my parent's money trying to hit 90mph+ and failed miserably. I only had a skill set to hit 75mph fastball on my best day.
