I just died.
So happy I switched my order to DG.

First real life photos I've seen of Donington Grey...thanks for sharing! Kind of looks like Space Gray, but difficult to tell in the photos.

This makes me even more anxious for my X5 M. I ordered the same combination. This looks stunning! Unfortunately, I'm not in the same boat as all of you, where I am pushing to have mine as soon as possible. My partner and I wanted to do a PCD, and that can't fit into our schedules until mid-May. So we coordinated an early May build week. Thank you to all of you posting early pics. It lets me live vicariously through you for now!

Very nice bud
great combo - business outside, party inside. color looks more true in the outdoor shots. indoor lighting made it look a little tan which isn't accurate (replace side and grille chrome and you are at 10/10) |

Thanks for the link opasha.
The first thing i checked out were the brakes. The calipers appear similar, but they have different part numbers, as do the brake pads. Rotors on the M versions appear to be a 2 piece or floating cross-drilled design. It seems as if these are easily interchangeable with the standard X5's. Love the M mirrors, too. Remind me of a Lobster for some reason, so I've been referring to them as "Lobster" mirrors. |

They are the most reliable in my opinion since I've used them many times. GetBMWParts can also locate all parts as well - just email Evan at ewinstead@mileone.com or getHelp@getbmwparts.com. My Oxide Silver door panels were ordered from Germany directly through getbmwparts. Both places will be upfront with you about the availability. You can also try FCP Euro to see when they would get them in stock. My car isn't perfect yet - the project ended up just being more trouble than it was worth . The exterior wrap had to be removed unfortunately because the adhesive was defective. It started cracking/peeling in random areas all over, which made it look very cheap. It's back to Mineral White, but the interior is still carbon fiber at least. I have to get the suspension looked at tomorrow since it's making random squeaking/clunking noises again. I might be paying BMW service a visit soon if it can't be rectified tomorrow by Mr. Tire. PS: These X5Ms are beautiful. I can't wait to see all of your deliveries!

They're all still NLA for the U.S. as of this morning when I last checked.
The only things I see are the floor mats being available.

Saw a similar spec X6M at BMW BeLux earlier this week.
Colour is impressive in the flesh. Has a brownish/beige tint in it. Sorry for the lousy pics. It was dusk and Tapatalk-upload quality sucks. |

The original X6 looked much better in the front. This one seems forced just to create a design variation. Headlights are awful, same with the "headlights uniting with the grille" thing.
