Question Error codes p0171 p0174 29e0 & 29e1

I am consistently getting CELs and these 4 codes on my 09 E60 528i. Car has rough idle, and the fuel trims are all the way up in the high 20's. Obviously the ECM is receiving lean mixture info and compensating by dumping extra fuel into the mixture. I have sprayed multiple cans of Carb cleaner all over the engine, but cannot pinpoint any massive air leak anywhere. The forums indicate various remedies including changing plugs, valve covers and MAF sensors. Does anyone out there have any experience in solving this issue? The car runs great on the road, just has a very rough idle. I'm attaching a copy of the furl trim readings as well as the diagnostic printout. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Take out the MAF sensor and clean it with alcohol inside and out. Also change your air filter. This will solve your issue.

Cleaned the MAF sensor and replaced the air filter but still getting the same readings and rough idle. Haven't found any air leak yet. Any more suggestions would be great!

Have you changed the valve cover gasket recently? I had the issue with the gasket had a small leak at the very back which I could not see. Changed the gasket and no issues after.

I did change the valve cover a while ago. I tried spraying starting fluid all around, but couldn't pinpoint any particular area. I will try a smoke test before I mess with the valve cover again, and will post results.
Thanks!
