XPEL alerted me that this product was the cause of my “PITTING” on my ppf! Due to the amount of “Pertroleum Distillates”.

If it's getting replaced you might consider a test of sorts. spray the stuff onto a section, let it sit a bit, and then wipe it off and see what happens. Basically to confirm what you are thinking is happening. Next you might get Turtle Wax involved and let them know? Take some pictures or a video. You may have stumbled across something that's kind of a big deal and worth sharing? Not that you are looking for internet or Youtube fame... |

IIRC, Xpel's latest warranty only covers you if you use their brand of ceramic so you were very lucky that they made this a "Good Faith" type of replacement on your claim.

Well that's not good. I was under the impression that you should not put wax of any kind on ceramic coatings. It doesn't hurt it but you will not have the same hydrophobic properties. You'll still have some, but not as much. You best bet is to use a ph neutral soap then top it with a quick ceramic detailer. I personally use 3D pink in a foam cannon. Hope everything works out my man.
