2007 550i - fuel filler cap

Trying to validate this is the right part:

Friend has a fuel cap (the thing you twist off to pump gas into the car) that has a broken strap that keeps it attached to the car (so he has to put it on top of the car or whatever while filling). I drove it, found that really annoying, and wanted to get it fixed for him . Is that the right part above? The cap itself is fine, just the rubber strap from fuel door to cap is broken.
