I couldn't get on during morning and early afternoon, because of PT. Today, I am skipping it. I was standing 40minutes straight talking to my neighbor last night on a driveway. My knees and ankles are killing me.

I will make it as short and simple run down.
Oh, I was suffering from mild RA since 2010. At that time, I could still run, and play sports. Around 2012 , it got really severe (literally see joint flare up).

It went back to walking/jogging level condition, but I thought I was cured, and skipped on some meds (same as chemo, but 5-10% strength) around Dec 2014.

3mo after I skipped it, it got real bad. I realized skipping because I thoguht I was cured was stupid. So, I got back on around APRL. I was basically sitting and laying almost all day till July this year.

Recovering my joints (wrist, ankle, knee, little elbow, and fingers). Doing PT to get at least 60% of my joint back.

YOu can literally beat me on arm wrestling.

I try to only limit 2 Alieve (naproxen sodium) because I took those a lot during Aprl-Jul this year. Sadly I took 1 today, around 11am (w/ early lunch). I hope it gets better by 3pm. I gotta pick my kid up from school.
