Crank, no start after 1 year in garage

Hey guys, I got 07 BMW 525i I left in garage for a year due to winter weather and bad luck.

I replaced & registered a new battery, after realizing the other one was dead. When I tried starting I would get a crank but no start.

I pulled out only coder to check codes & it says misfire in cylinder 3. Prior to this the spark plug & coils were do for a change. I just didn't have time to, so I decided I was gonna get that done after winter.

Is it possible due to my previous misfire issues that the coils & plug went bad from sitting for so long?

Did you check the fuel pumps?
