Draining and filling coolant: special?

Hi guys,

For a repair, I have to drain the coolant and fill her up with new.
The car is a 523i with an N52 engine and since it seems the waterpump and thermostat are electric, my question is if there is anything special about all of this? Getting the air out and such.

I'm also changing out the gasket from the cooler to the oil filter housing while I'm at it, but I can't seem to find with how much torque I need to fasten those bolts; does anyone happen to know that?

Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you!
