Hate to admit it, but I used to play WoW. Enjoyed it from an economics standpoint. Monitoring trends, trying to capitalize on every opportunity, playing the auction house, etc... Ended up being too time consuming to keep up; needed to focus on completing real life finance degree lol.
If you've got the time, it's an incredibly immersive game. |

Forgot about GW2! Used to play that as well. Great graphics. Could never shake that odd feeling though - being unable to grind beyond ascended. Even with the new XP, the legendary stuff will have the same stats as ascended.

In July I started playing a classic Everquest emulation called Project 1999. Played Everquest for 6 years or so from 1999 on. I've tried a bunch of other MMO's since then and none had the appeal of Everquest to me.

I used to play that game back in the days, no longer, I find it hard these days to reserve 12h blocks in the day to run around slaying things. Miss it though |

I used to play a MMORPG called Flyff.
Was pretty booming about 8-10 years ago. Always wanted to get into WoW but the montly fee and not being able to have time for other things turned my mind on it. |

Its pretty all consuming. First you had to constantly raid, so you needed to be free for a kid to yell directions at you (I was that kid for a while). Now you need to be free for dailies AND raids.
