post 05 E60 parts on a pre 05 E60?

Hi guys,

just wanted to know what parts u cant fit on pre 2005 E60's as i just realised an M tech steering wheel from a post 05 will not fit pre 05 and the airbag wont too!! why is this??

is this the same for headlights and tail lights too?

do they all come with angel eye headlights?

i take it the bumpers are all the same on all 2004 - 2009 models?

apologies if this are stupid questions as am very new to the E60 range!

You can fit the newer headlights and tail light on an older car but they need special adapters and such.

Yes.

No, they aren't. The pre-LCI and LCI bumpers are different. Although they may look the same, they have different mounting brakets. You have to buy the right one.
