Contemplating Trading in '06 325i for '06 550i, is this price fair in your opinion?

So I currently have a CPO'ed '06 325i, and I'm looking for a little bit bigger vehicle to help accomodate the carseat four our little guy. Getting 100+ extra horsepower is a small fringe benefit....so I tell my wife.

Locally, there is a previously CPO'ed 2006 550i with 29k miles, sport package, upgraded sound, black on black for $30,500. Clean history, no issues, still under the original 4yr/50k for a couple more months before the CPO kicks in.

Do you all feel this is a fair price? Anyone out there purchase an '06 used recently?

I can also purchase an '05 545i with 50k miles for $20,500, no CPO. CWP, Xenon, Premium Sounds, no sport package.

What would you all do?

Any ideas on what a warranty would cost on the '05 545i?
