We had left over filet and BBQ bacon shrimp from wifes Bday dinner....threw in carrots, onions, red peppers and broccoli and made a killer stir fry tonight.

Last beef meal (prime) was on the 1st of Jan...

This one was an inside round, just as nice.

Someone else wanted to be at the table!

Monday Fish Night

From the Philip Pasta Maker recipes book.

Soba Salad (home made pasta) with Salmon and Asparagus (and Mango).

Written as a cold salad but we (I bought the ingredients ) did it warm, put all the ingredients in the pasta pot after draining it. The left over will be good as a cold salad.

That's some mouth watering meat to grill right there! And then there's the Belgian Moon....which, not so much. But to each their own, I'm sure people would be horrified at some of my preferences as well.

Not my favorite either but we had it leftover from our wedding.

Yes, and as a good Canadian I can appreciate how you don't want to waste beer. I'm on board with that too - kind of a mindset of "No beer left behind". Though I sometimes employ a loophole by choosing how I define a beer vs coloured water.

But I can appreciate and understand your stance, certainly.
