I compared a lap around the Nürburgring vs a real one (Project Cars 2) (M4 GT4 & F82
Here's the setup -

I put together a video of one of my laps around the ring and compared it to a real one in a F82 M4. I was using the M4 GT4 in Project Cars 2. I couldn’t use the in-game audio since I needed to slow down my lap around 15% in attempts to sync up the pacing. Props to the real driver doing well in traffic |

That's pretty cool! Wish you wouldn't have to slow down your sim lap. I think the difference is caused by heavy traffic.
I have a few laps in my M2 around the 'Ring in real life. '17 M2 with 6 speed manual and N55. A bit faster pace due to less traffic. I wonder how well that would work for syncing.

Wished I had a digital way of taking a movie when I was living just down the road. Used to go every other week for a few laps. Was living in Bitburg area so just up the road. Heck while I was there they were talking about closing it.
