2C3F and 2C40 codes from hell.(535xi n54)

As title states 2C3F and 2C40 codes have been kicking my ass the past two weeks and I can’t find a solution. Both codes relate to pre catalyst lamda sensors having high voltage greater than 2.7 Volts on signal wire. INPA screenshot attached of live data.
Car was purchased with stolen cats and cut lamda wires, I fear the heater wire made contact with other wires when cut such as signal wire and have permanently damaged DME. These codes are sometimes accompanied by misfires on cylinder 5 and 1 periodically as well. I have noticed that voltage drops closer to 2.7 V when plugging in lamda sensors vs unplugged via INPA.
Have already checked fuses, continuity of wires, replaced harness below intake manifold and new lamda sensors in place of cut ones.
I’ve researched similar issues on this forum however results are either dead ends or end with DME replacement.
I’ve seen some theories of having to drive certain distances at greater than 100 KM/H to reset adaptations but am not sure of the credibility. Open to ALL recommendations and would appreciate guidance to threads for DME CAS and key replacement if that is what is necessary. Thank you!
