Exclamation starting problem with e61 2009 530xd

I having problem to start the car.
Just had replaced glow control unit and all 6 glow plugs. The fault codes on these disappears when replaced them, so i dont think thats my problem.

When I push the start button I can only hear a clicking sound under the hood.

See picture for fault codes.
Can anyone tell me what I should look for?

Sometimes its just start and sometimes its not working?!

Hi I don't know what the fault codes are someone else will be able to help there. But I had a no start issue on my 530D, and from what I've read I would check your starter as it sound like the contacts maybe burned up or the starter electronics maybe the problem, I would check the connections to starter and see if it looks like there is lots of black carbon dust round there or oil sludge that seems to be a problem. If they seem ok check your relays, easy video to follow on you tube if you have a multi meter very easy to do, BUT make sure you disconnect the battery before you start pulling relay as you may make your problems a whole lot worse, if you get arcing when putting a rely into a live board and that's when you can blow modules.

Hi silfwerz do you have a laptop with ISTA installed and a diagnostic cable?
In ista there is a way to resume the DME with CAS . That is what I would try first.
