I fucking broke my 5th metatarsal in my foot, just walking, trying to get some COVID exercise back in April, and it's been hurting this long, finally went to the doctor and now I am wearing a boot for a month.

I'm going to sticker it up.

I hurt my wrist and shoulder in the shower a few days ago. It was a wild session. Think of girls gone wild kinda thing.

The confession is that I was attempting to make the most annoying showerhead of all times to do only one kinda thing. I landed on my shoulder while slipping on my helper dogs nasty bone and got mad and hit the showerhead I was fixing to the wall I soon need to fix now too. Naturally it didn't break so I had to stomp on it and then I slipped again, there went the wrist.

The shoulder is fine. The wrist just mildly swollen still. Overall, a huge win again for me. Now I have to renovate the whole bathroom since clearly disabling annoying functions from a showerhead is beyond my skill set.

Sorry, I don't have a guest room, I have a guest floor (currently with no shower but the sauna spa showerhead had it coming, right? It started it! Who the fuck has showerhead with options? So yeah, you'd be living in a reno site by Lupsie) but not not very hospitable. Still welcomed to the other bedrooms and floors.

Oh, I'm saving up every shred of evidence, and lost wages, and mileage to "SELL" it in worker's comp case. It's 8 am here and I have successfully completed my analysis on my swedish grammar skills. Found none, it's like I never studied the language.

I'm pretty much fucked now since my eldest wants my help to study for a big exam. I have no idea what I'm doing, an extra 8 hours is going to start straight after the second coffee hour to figure out even some of the vocabulary.

You know what, I got Danish at school and took Svenska later too, those two languages are easy to mix by speaking and at the first time Im affraid that I got offended both natures with mixed speaking skills

Also - I realized that I've seen both movie versions and the Broadway version of Mamma Mia. My wife's whole family (her, her sister and parents) as well as my mom are big ABBA fans.

I was soundly berated for falling asleep in a front row seat on Broadway (in my defense I was jet lagged and sick - but still, it was sacrilege). Also berated for watching the Martian, and telling them that I relate to Matt Damon getting trapped on Mars with nothing but his commander's ABBA records.

I'm scared to death Covid will make me homeschool this year again. I'm fucked four ways. German, I studied it for fifteen or so fucking years and I got nothing. I studied swedish for 10 years, got nothing. English is a whole other story since my older boy is on the fourth grade and his teacher told me last spring the kiddo uses words and expressions only an avid reader of dictionaries would know and that "I blame myself. I said to the child on the third grade that we are studying the queen's English and that his american english will get him into trouble. Now he's studied the Oxie dictionary for a year and a half and now he uses words I don't know regularly."

Don't get me started on Finnish grammar. I form perfect sentences and translate it to other languages but I'm completely fucked when it comes to conjunctions as in lists. And we got lists baby. Here is a joke about it for you to enjoy:
