I did the Jameson tour followed by the Guinness tour on a gorgeous Saturday last fall. What a fun time!

I hope you didn't eat the food there, it was horrible. But the gravity Bar was really cool

Bushmills Black Bush

Regular Bushmills aged in a Sherry cask. I really like the taste, maybe too much :-O

Sherry casks really do seem to impart a beautiful flavor to stuff.

So I have some Amazon cards, and was looking for some cool new Scotch glasses. What's with these tilted ones? I'm slightly worried about committing the blasphemy of spilling if the glass is already 1/4 of the way there.

I did find one humorous, its engraved with 3 lines:

When it comes to Sherry casks, you cannot beat Macallan. Went to a tasting/food pairing the other night.

"Rocks on the rocks, in a dirty glass."

(Actually, just Plantation on the rocks in a nice, clean glass.)

Agreed. Definitely not value priced for spirits. But, I indulge modestly. So when I drink, I like to drink well.

I can't think of one XO cognac that I ever tried that I didn't like! In the case of cognacs, that extra aging/resting does wonders for the finished product!
