Post BMW e60 trailing link

Hi!
So I'm about to swap out my front left trailing arm (or suspension arm).
My car is too low to drive on ramps so I can't tighten the inner bushings while the car is on ramps. So I will have to put a jack under and compress the suspension before tightening it, but just how much do you have to jack up and compress the suspension?
