2009 bmw 535i x drive won't start

Get a click sound, high pitch noise, and no crank when trying to start the car. Already replaced starter and got a new battery. Where to go from here? And help appreciated

have you tried checking for blown fuzes or checking the ignition switch?
other problem i can think about, is the car in neutral, or is the xdrive seizing the engine?
