Speaking of soundbars, researching them is a pita. One site recommends an entirely different top 5 than the next site. I usually go by aggregate reviews of Bestbuy, Amazon and Crutchfield but they're all over the place.

My top considerations so far include:

Sonos Arc with subwoofer and surrounds
LG models
Vizio models
Samsung models
I really like my Bose soundbar - has worked really well for me for 4-5 years now. Would look at those if considering Sonos.

Thanks! I should have mentioned that I am looking for a few requirements:

Support for Dolby Atmos (possible with ARC HDMI input)
Support for Dolby DTS:X (only possible with eARC HDMI input)

The new Sony TVs I bought have been confirmed to pass through both those audio formats via eARC, so if I want both, then the soundbar needs to have eARC compatibility as well.

This narrows down the field quite a lot. Rtings rates the current best Atmos soundbar as the Samsung HW-Q90R, and from my reviews across the web, it seems to be among the top 3 contenders. I'm still doing my research, I like this kind of thing!

Speaking of! I finally replaced my 2nd monitor in my home office. I have a iMac 5K and got this LG 4K that paired up to the 5k perfectly. I usually don't like LG products but this got good reviews and so far I am impressed.

Oh wow I need to figure out how to do that. I haven't really fiddled with my Apple Watch faces much.

I have that same watch, but I have the hardest time seeing what time it is, there's too much going on in the face for me to find the white hands quickly 🤣.

I still love it , really great looking and gets a lot of compliments ...I just hope your eyes are better than mine

After spending money mostly on furniture, kitchen and bath stuff, closet, etc. for a year, we finally got around to starting decorations for our condo in Asheville, NC. Everything is black, white, grey or brown. Needed some color.

Are those the Sony XBR-65A8H model?

I found my 14 year old plasma dead upon arrival home from vacation. Need a new TV all set up before next Saturday for football. I’ve done only limited research and won’t have time to do much more.

Yes, they are. I have to say they have the best picture I have seen - I even replaced a 4 year old Samsung 65" 4K and the OLED tech is far superior, so it isn't just resolution. If you research any OLED TV, you will commonly see the term "inky blacks". But once you see this in person, you will then know how amazing this is.

It also has built-in Apple airplay, so you can natively cast from your iPhone or iPad to the TV. Another great feature is they pass through all sound formats, which is good if you go with the latest soundbar tech. Lastly, although I don't use the TV's speaker (I got a soundbar), they are surprisingly decent as it uses the entire screen itself to transmit sound. We love them.

One caveat - if this is going into a room with bright lighting (lots of windows) these screens do reflect quite a bit.
