yes, the city of Houston employs hundreds of thousands of EPC Personnel (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contractors).

there are 5 or 6 MAJOR EPC Contractors here in Houston...

engineers, procurement, drafters, designers, admins, document controllers, project controls, business developers, etc are employed by this massive EPC Contractors.

i feel blessed to be in the position i am in.....
