Then close your Paypal account and tell them to pack sand and never do business with them again. Who gives a shit if they put it on your credit report for not paying. Trust me if your score is over 750 it wont make any difference.

Seriously never trust paypal as a seller. Google Checkout has better protection but there is always risk.

lol, so much win in here. Although I think I would first file a mail fraud claim, it seems pretty apparent through the different weight of the two packages (or dimensions) that it was not the same thing that went out that came back.

You should tell PayPal you filed Mail Fraud claim and you are listing them as part of the fraud claim since they help the guy perpetrate his crime.

I remember selling an item on PayPal, buyer received as it was tracked and said delivered, he pulled one off on my and told eBay he didn't receive . I was stupid and didn't keep the receipt so had no proof so eBay sided with him even though his ratings were low and I had no negative comments. I hate the customers always right crap with these situations.
