Not that I have ever done something like that but it seemed to be a good time trying to explain to both the neighbors and then his parents why he was getting it.

I told him to send me some pictures of the damage, so I can file a claim with insurance..He never did, instead he filled a dispute with PayPal.
Of course, Paypal decides in his favor. He returned the package but it wasn't my door. (it was a control arm from an xi ). PayPal automatically issued refund to the buyer, once they the delivery was confirmed.
I called PayPal gazillion times and tried to explain the situation but no luck.
I know he is on E90post, so I want you guys to be aware of this dude.

This is what I received

Then close your Paypal account and tell them to pack sand and never do business with them again. Who gives a shit if they put it on your credit report for not paying. Trust me if your score is over 750 it wont make any difference.

You have his address send Tranny prostitutes to his house. You could post on a Craigslist forum that he is offering blo and go service and out his address lol

Seriously never trust paypal as a seller. Google Checkout has better protection but there is always risk.

print out that picture - fold it up - put it in an envelope - hand write "hey, you wanna go hang out with my awesome mole !?!?" - send the picture to his neighbor

write letter that says "your son has been having sex with me for about 8 months and i have tested positive for HIV" - sign it with some random dude's name - address the letter to Mrs. Galka

write letter that says "Jonathan has been sending provacative pictures of his own mom to me - just thought you'd like to know" - find out who his best friend is on Facebook and sign it with his name - address letter to Mr. Galka

*this is meant for entertainment. Do not attempt.

lol, so much win in here. Although I think I would first file a mail fraud claim, it seems pretty apparent through the different weight of the two packages (or dimensions) that it was not the same thing that went out that came back.

Mail fraud has been filled.
PayPal still won't refund my money or do further investigation.

You should tell PayPal you filed Mail Fraud claim and you are listing them as part of the fraud claim since they help the guy perpetrate his crime.

I remember selling an item on PayPal, buyer received as it was tracked and said delivered, he pulled one off on my and told eBay he didn't receive . I was stupid and didn't keep the receipt so had no proof so eBay sided with him even though his ratings were low and I had no negative comments. I hate the customers always right crap with these situations.
