Have been loyal to the Daytona for as long as I loved watches!
Had a TT for 6 years and finally upgraded to an 18k model on strap. It is a great watch at the perfect size with an excellent movement. You will not be disappointed |

Frankly, depends on how OP is going to wear the watch i.e, for daily all around watch or for dress watch. Rolex is a good all around daily watch IMO. For dress watch and OP's price range I'd recommend to either go for Patek Phillipe, Jaeger LeCoulture (JLC), A Lange & Söhne. On Patek Phillipe I personally love the simpleness and understatement of Calatrava, on JLC their Grande Reverso Duo, and 1916 for the A Lange & Söhne (all are my personal preferences ) |
