Saw the last portion of the clip last night on Live PD, Not so sure it was a M3, absolutely sure the driver is an asshat though.

Watched rerun of this chase this afternoon, definitely not an M3, looks like a 325i/330i with diffuser and M3 Style exhaust. Front fenders are the give away, standard fender blinker instead of the typical M3 vent Driver is definitely still an asshat...... I believe the Sargent giving chase is driving a Chevrolet SS (Holden Commodore) with the LS3 making 415hp, don't know if the BMW stood a chance.

What a prick. No wonder some cops snap and whale on suspects after arresting them lol.
The cops did great. Amazing no one got hurt, w all that traffic. Somebody get the cop a headset, insane he was driving w 1 hand doing all that!
