I assume she won't become your GF, but more likely a FB in no time once you open with her.
Having FB next door can be good and bad, but more of bad in a long term.
You or she will get bored fairly soon and it's never fun to encounter your old FB in daily basis.

"Hot" women are a dime a dozen. This is reality and known.

I would probably pass since she lives within throwing distance. You can get a "Hot" woman anywhere really and they are all pretty much the same, try to look the same, wear the same shit, have the same bags, smell the same, you name it. Not hating just a clear observation.

Here I see two of these a week. Maybe not as "Hot" but the image is a total copy…I like the look but in all honestly a woman that sticks out to me is someone that is different, not a follower. However nobody in their right mind would kick Ms. Beckinsale out of bed.
