do you do this on the side? Or you have a storefront? What's your typical pricing? wholesale + x%? Will livestock be drop shipped?

my relatives have storefronts but i have an aquarium service and i care for a few very high end clients which i attend to their collections 6 days a week. They buy everything from me from the ground up, i never advertise or post about aquariums related stuff but was just bored today. Just got home from diving in a 3000 gallon reef tank
To normal clients my prices are same as every store or websites, but thought i would hookup a few M3 members before i move on

Haha , yea i can get one but no way to guarantee if it's eating frozen without keeping it for weeks in our own tank. I have one in the 3000g reef.. but he's having a hard time eating frozen so been living on flake and seaweed/algae + maybe a very little frozen food. been in the tank for over four months and fully healthy just no where near as fat as the rest of the fish in the tank.
prices have skyrocketed last year too.. achilles tang start over $150 retail same as purple tang

I really don't have time to do that since i am out on location everyday all day, i don't even have an aquarium at my own home other than a little seahorse tank. I leave the house at 8am and come home at 9pm, i spend around 3-4 hours at least at each location daily. Sorry, i think it's better for you to see in person if the fish is eating before you buy and even if i get the fish to eat at my location there is no guarantee that the fish will acclimate well to your tank and eat right away or at all either. Anything else i can help feel free to PM me

Any chance you have a Mag-18 pump that's not needed anymore?

Been in the hobby for +10 yrs now and it's been rewarding every year! What type of equipment are we talking, and are we able to get close to wholesale rates? For example, Vortech's, Radeon's?

Also -- any access to exotic clams (indo/vanuatu/tahitian, etc)?

Damn that really sucks. You have (had) quite a collection of softies. Hopefully you dont get discouraged and start one back up again. I love my 240gal. One bad thing is it cost me almost as much as the mods I get for my F30!

I've only had 40-50 gallon tanks before. Where should I go to buy big aquariums like 240 gallon? I don't think I have the time for reefs but would love to have a salt water with lion fish and eels, etc.
