most of the time, you can tell it's a scam without reading the content. Just pay attention to the use of comma, they always put a space before the comma and not after.

Thats a good observation, however in this case of the OP scam, not one time did your above statement prove to have merit.

Not sure how a PayPal scam would work it in this case. I would think they are attempting to get your login information so they can take over your account. What I have done in the past is send a PayPal invoice which does not included you email long in information.
