Energy Drinks

I am addicted to these things big time.

Just curious who else is, what types you drink and how much daily.

I know they are bad for you but so is everything else.

I drink extra strength 5hr energy or Red Bull. Sometimes both in the same day.
Costco sells 5hr energy packs of 24 online for $25 plus tax. Stores charge $3 per drink.

Rockstar Sugar Free isn’t bad. Anymore just coffee although I read an apple can give you just as much energy as coffee.

Blue rockstar sugar free have 240mg caffeine which is double the rest, but zero carb black monsters taste the best

I drink far too many of them :/

I used to drink them a lot found it cheaper just to mix preworkout with water and drink throughout the day instead.

Yeah I drink pre workout as well before I work out :O

If by fruits and vegetables you mean ephedrine HCL pills and a strong coffee, I agree.

i like the small cans of redbull. i'm not really a coffee person, but when i don't have the energy from the preworkout i take when i lift at the gym, a small redbull does the trick.

I mostly only drink water but every-once in a while ill have a sugar free red bull, I love the taste. A friend of mine is super addicted to SFRB, no joke, drinks 4-5 a day of the small cans. he is in and out of meetings all day long and also has 2 little ones which he coaches both their sport teams so he is non stop.

I have never had an energy drink. I do enjoy my coffee though but my wife now has us on decaf but when if I get up first in the morning I'll make the morning coffee half and half with real coffee. I'm retired now so if I need an energy boost i take a nap.
