Anyone use testosterone boosters??
So I turned 40 something, and never thought this day would come, but my metabolism and such has come to a crashing stop. It seems no matter what I eat, I can't seem to burn it off.
I was in a pretty bad motorcycle crash I shouldn't have lived through, and suffered a disability from it which has affected the things I can eat and and digest, plus my exercise level. I had a lab work up where my testosterone level was checked and is extremely low. My doctor talked about testosterone shots to help, but because of my disability I'm subject to easy blood clots, and those shots can cause them. So I guess my question would be, has anybody tried these sorts of supplements like Andro 400 or others, and had any success with them? |

I just went straight to enth and prop shots with some anavar for good measure. I figure if you're going to go synthetic, might as well look good doing it.

Don't do it. I used Nugenix for a couple of months. Felt good; increased energy was noticeable, but during a routine physical my exceptionally high PSA levels were detected. Docs thought it was prostate cancer. Had a biopsy done (OUCH!) and no cancer present. Stopped taking Nugenix and within a couple of months, my PSA levels were close to normal.

52 in August
Was so tired all the time, gut was getting bigger despite continued workouts, although I changed from trying to get big to just being able to still lift the 50lb chicken feed, and be able to move about at the cabin at 7000' Gave Testo Fuel a shot because they had a special with a guarantee. Made some improvements, regular morning wood again. Just can't remember to take it on a regular basis, and not enough of a boost to make me want to pay out the money. |

Sarm's were originally designed and invented by the Pharma companies for individuals that needed assistance yet suffered other restricting ailments. They released the formulas and now they are mass marketed. Make sure to cross reference the formulas though. There are specific SARM formulas that do a variety of things i.e. boost growth hormone, increase natural test, aid in healing, ect... I got a friend of mine on a SARM following emergency gal bladder surgery and removal and he bounced back incredibly quickly. Hands down the most effective option on the market today and can be purchased legally. Whatever you do, don't phuck with Tren! There's a lot of gear on the market, yet very few understand the cycling process and it can and generally will hurt you worst in the long run! Speaking as someone who is professionally in the FITNESS and Supplement industry, I've been 45% body fat 335lbs with a 50" waist at 6ft when I was 16. Now being 6' 5", 29yrs old and maintain 230lbs at 7% body fat, I've done it all naturally and you'd be amazed what you can do when you truly understand your body type. Disabilities can be tough to work through, and IF your over weight now this can actually contribute to your low T. I think you could greatly benefit from DIM which is an amazing all around supplement that aids in reducing bad Estrogen in the body, which in turn naturally boosts test. These 2 supplements can be used together which accelerates the effectiveness. |

I've been on it. T was at something like 200 (I'm 43). Doctor prescribed Clomid, which is used to treat infertility in women. A side effect of it in men is that it can raise T and "reset" your body's barometer for what a normal level is. Long story short, I was on 1 pill a day for a month or so. Retested and was up to 800. Doc was all "Whoa, that's a bit much, let's back you off to 1/2 a pill a day." Did that and it settled back to about 400. After about 4 months he took me off of it and I've stayed at about that 400 mark for 2 years now.
Now here's the thing. I felt a little blah when I was down in the 200 range. Not terrible, just a bit "off." At 800 I felt good but it was NOT like I was some 19 year old kid again. Couldn't tell the difference between 800 and 400. That's just me and my singular experience. But don't expect boosting your T up, no matter how you go about it, is going to reverse time. You'll likely feel a little better but getting old just sucks no matter how you slice it. |

400 feels ok, really?? I've been at @1200 for the last decade and having to go off for insurance blood tests is always awful.
If im having to supplement mine I'm going to be on the absolute highest end of normal at all times. Remember to give blood regularly if anyone goes on trt |

I dunno, I guess. I just didn't notice an appreciable difference between 400 and 800. I still have a bunch of the Clomid left over. Maybe I go for broke and do like 5 pills a day. Shootin' for 3,000!
Seriously though, my numbers are in the "normal" range (240 to 870 per the range that my doctor uses), I sleep great, I have energy during the day, I work out a few days a week, all is good from my perspective. I think everyone reacts a bit differently. 400 would be misery for some and fine for others. EDIT: Just looked up my past test results for accuracy. Pre-Clomid I was as low as 267. On Clomid as high as 809. Post-Clomid I bounce around between 577 and 704. So, not in the 400s. I was mistaken. Last edited by DETRoadster; 03-08-2018 at 09:54 AM.. |

I used to do silly amounts but now 200mg a week for a 3 month cutting stretch once a year is more than enough. All I want to be is 210 and single digits and reasonably strong with it |

He has formulated some amazing compounds, and is the brain behind A LOT of successful supplements in the industry. He was going to go into big Pharma, but opted not to when he realized they intentionally don't look to cure things all in the name of profit. He is super down to earth and easily one of the most publicly detailed brains out there just give some of his posts a read and you'll see what I'm saying. |
