My BMW App problems
We bought an X6 back in July and at the time I used the My BMW app to create my profile. At the request of the dealer we did not create a profile in the car for her. We just bought another BMW for her and that's where the problem started. Now the app partially works on her phone allowing her to create a profile in her car with a picture. Somehow my car profile changed to her name and my picture and the MY BMW app will not work at all for me. I cant even log on. We have been to the dealer twice and are being told "The ESA program is down" or "Im working on it" but nothing is happening and I don't have a profile for my car and its pissing me off. We're using Android phones and I'm wondering if that's partially a cause for the problem or did the dealer screw things up when they entered our information on their computer. In that case it should be easily fixed but were over a week now and its not. Frustrating!!!!!!!

Restart from scratch with yours (2 of) and hers (2 of) key fob about 500' apart.
