Smile How much do you like PB&J Sandwiches???

From a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being the least and 5 being the best). How much do you like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?

** Helping my girl with a survey for one of her classes, please be honest!

I guess a 5? I eat at least one every day, just to kind of fill a gap along with my protein shake before I go to sleep. I have creamy peanutbutter with strawberry preserves (preserves pwn jelly).

Dude, anyway you slice it PB is pretty phuckin' phattening. Lately I have been eating a sandwich a day b/c I'm trying to eat less meat and the PB has protein. I usually make it with Wheat or 12 Grain bread for health benefits. White bread would be my first choice but it is obviously not the healthiest choice.

its fattening if you cant control how much you're eating. I've been eating this stuff for years. Its a better alternative to eating junk food. Its ok if you eat 1 or 2 a day in between meals that way you wont be that hungry during lunch or dinner.

I don't care if it's fattening for me, because that fat I can burn off at the gym...I have a high metabolism...I was wondering if the hydrogenated vegetable oil in the PB was bad for you as in bad for your heart.
