After an outstanding afternoon today with fellow M enthusiasts, carving/driving SoCal canyons, decided to do a bit of home cookin’ for dinner…

Main Course

Boneless ribeye steak; indoor grilled
Fresh broccolini; roasted, well seasoned
Garlic herb mashed potatoes [homemade; honestly a leftover]

Complimentary Libations

Ferrari Carano Merlot - For red meat/dinner accompaniment
Fernet Branca - For enhanced digestion a bit after dinner

Later Tonight - Enjoy my daughters awesome homemade scone, along with a Cafe Americano

Shrimp Alfredo with broccolini

Framboises for dessert.

Classic combination. Alfredo sauce with shallots and garlic, roux, heavy cream and grated parmesan. Al dente spaghetti, blanched broccolini and shrimp.
