2004 545i Low power to CCC

So, my 2004 BMW 545i suddenly lost the Idrive - it gets no power, ie the lights on the CD player does not light. I replaced the MPM (which was wet and obviously fried), and several fuses both in the glove box and trunk. I also checked the 20amp fuse on the back of the CCC and it is fine. I found out what pins I needed to check to see the Radio/CD player was getting power and it only is getting a little over 2 volts. Clearly it should be 12 (like what I am getting for the input for the climate controls). Any ideas why it would be low? There is moisture in the glove box which is not reassuring. Any other place I should look? Thanks!
