Problem with '06 525xi "Grab"

Hi,

I have a 2006 E60 525xi and there is a slight problem. The problem is that when you are coming in on even the slightest turn on a hilly road, there is a slight grab for a split second and then it returns to normal. It doesn't matter if I have it in D, DS, or M mode, but it does it in any mode I shift it into. What's the problem? I've been thinking about taking it into my local BMW dealership to have them take a look at it and take it for a test drive, but I want to have an idea of what causes the problem before I take it in. Has anyone else ever had this problem before? If so, how did you fix it, and what was the problem?
