snow tires for 2008 550i

hi, i am considering buying an 08 550i sport with the 19" rims/tires. I will use dedicated snow tires/rims during the winter. I went to tirerack.com to price some snow tires out and they dont list any that fit? I am guessing they just dont come in 19's. Do any of you have this vehicle and use it in snow? I am guessing I could get 18's and tires that are the same diameter as the 19s currently on the car? thanks.

Buy a set of 17s for the winter. It's stupid to run 18s with snow tires.
