Sirius adapter...?

My 07 E 61 has "satellite prep" in it's "build sheet"
What do I need to get Sirius working....I would transfer it from my other car when I turn in the lease...

you need the Sirius module. You'll need to install it in the trunk, connect it to the MOST loop, then code your MASK or CAPPL module to recognize the module. you'll also need to add the module to your VO (vehicle order). It's not hard to do if you're confortable with coding and messing with the MOST connections in the trunk. If you aren't comfortable, you may consider having someone do it for you.

Also, there were several Sirius modules used during the life of the E60, make sure you use one compatible with your car. They can be found on Ebay for about $100 these days.
