aggressive wheel fitment for 535xi

Im trying to run a 20x8.5 +35 up front and 20x10.5 +35 rear on my 535xi
The offset isn't really aggressive, but its the width of the back wheel that concerns me.
I've been told I will have to pull my rear fenders to make this fit, which I was trying to avoid.
Is this true? Anybody here running an aggressive set up similar to the one i listed? Any input is appreciated.
