So many early risers. I myself wake up between 3:30 and 4:30AM go to bed around 9:00-10:00PM. Never use an alarm. Usually at my home office around 5:00AM, don’t have to be but I just am. Many people on my team start at 6:00AM including my boss, so it’s not a normal.

I’m up at 4:00-4:30. No alarm. It doesn’t matter what time I go to sleep. It feels like yesterday the only time I was awake at 4:00 was the end of the day, not the beginning. You know you’re old when….

Maybe I got old in college, but I never had issue with being a morning person, it’s quiet, the amount of stuff you accomplish both personally and professionally is great. By the time people roll into work at 8, my urgent items are well in the process of being addressed.
I do leave around 4PM consistently to go to the gym.

So, you empty your bladder outside with the dog? Pimp!

I like being a morning person and getting all kinds of stuff done, whether work related or even grocery shopping, before all the crazies come out.

Up at 6-6:15, shower, brush teeth, comb hair, get dressed, feed hungry dog (other skips breakfast), make coffee, let dogs out, head to work, get there around 6:45 to 7. There until I’m content for day usually 6pm.

If I work out in the mornings im up by 5am, otherwise workout when I get home. Morning workouts have been tougher with the newborn that’s for sure.

I can't say I have first hand experience... but my gut is telling me the real crazies are at Walmart at 4am not 10am.

I dunno how people can be up that early. I mean ya'll must go to sleep like at 8pm. I'm a night owl. I don't go to bed till 1-2am and I basically just force myself to go to bed at that time, otherwise I could probably stay up much later.

Typically I "wake up" around 8-9am. However that is just like my body saying it's done with it's required amount of sleep. I still stay in bed for usually another hour or so. I think part is also since I use a cpap in the morning I'm over the stupid shit on my face. So when I first wake up I take it all off then just enjoy laying in bed "naked".

Cali is in a drought. Even with water-saving toilets, I still save a few gallons a day taking the dog out, whether SHE needs to go or not. Diabetics pee a lot

What does your morning routine look like?

Dark.

That's because our cat typically gets me up around 5:30 to 6:00 AM. He's hungry.

When I work from home: Wake up 8:30am, brush my teeth, walk and feed the dogs, heat up breakfast and coffee, and am in front of my work computer by 9am.

When I have to go to the office or a site: wake up at 6am, drive to the train at 6:25-6:45, train at 7am for an hour, walk 40 blocks to my office (my exercise), and in my office by 8:45…unless theres a delay. Breakfast and coffee at my desk. (Unless I have to go to a site)
