the heat buttons are dead

I don,t know what happened but the buttons that regulate the temperature are no longer functioning!!
the ventilator is working but i can not set the temperature!! i now only have seat heating!
Do you know something about that? i am now in Austria and i,m leaving for home on 4th so i don,t think the dealer opens untill then!!
If you have any ideea of how can i repear it myself please help!!
