Best Buy Reward Zone

Anyone have this or have any idea how the coupons/certificates work?
more specifically, i'm trying to know how the Premier Silver membership works with the coupons/certificates.
all i wanna know is can i create the amount i want for the certificates?
like if buying a DVD, i will creat a $15 or if i wanna buy something expensive i can create using all the credit i have in 1 certificate. i know it may be better for my to ask BB associates but i prefer to here from fellow members first.
i have cropped a pic from my acct.
it is now showing i have 3 certificates, thats why i was asking the above questions.
thanks

i think the certificates are in $5 increments, but they get added together into $20's, not 100% sure though

i usually go to the store and tell the customer service people to pay with my certificates instead of printing them or waiting for them to come thru the mail...

You can control the amount of the certificates and whether your points simply accumulate or are automatically converted to certificates in an amount of your choice (click on "Change Preferences" I think). I seem to recall that once the certificates have been "created" you cannot change their amount - you have to use them as they are and can't put the points "back in the bank." You may not have to use up an entire certificate at once, but I don't know that for sure.

It would also be hard to figure out why/how your certificates were created in those particular amounts (and with the same expiration date) without knowing what options you have selected in your online account.

I just realized that you can get insane amounts of points shopping through that online mall from rewardzone. They have offers right now where you can earn up to 5 points per dollar spent! That's crazy. I found where I'm doing all of my xmas shopping, lol.
