550 Modifications?
Hi guys,
My boy bought the new 550 a couple of weeks before me and is now having a fit because he found out the 535 has potential to make more power with minimal mods, JB2+ etc... due to it being tt. In any case he asked me to come on board and find out if there are any modifications available for the 550 and if they yield any decent results. Any help, websites, dynocharts, personal experiences would be appreciated. Thanks! |

Try this site
Turkish,
Try this site. I just did a quick search and found it. Also checked out the customer response about the site. All seemed pretty good. http://eurobahnmotorsport.com You can even look up YOUR car for performance parts. Good luck. Pig |

NA engines are always gonna have less mod potential than turbo engines but ya can't beat the sound and feel of a larger displacement IMO.
Theres always gonna be the next best thing so just gotta enjoy what you bought and stop comparing to others on the forum. |

I remember reading about a turkish tuning company that specializes in putting superchargers on any engine BMW makes, that might be right up your alley
http://www.esstuning.com/ Or try emailing them to see if they make any kits for the 550 (they dont list any on the site, but you never know what they are developing) |

he can do the usual stuff like air intake, exhaust, remap, etc... and it will push to 400. dont forget to remove the charcoal air filter... free mod!! and ultimately remove the floor mats... instant 50 horses
