So I was just eating a banana while driving and it made me think of jtodd_fl , haha! I remembered it's his bday any minute (FL time) so here's a little pic for his bday present.

Im reading tired so reading comprehension is at an all time low, but you have to lift in the morning then bang your gf at night? Hell get some creatine, robitussin and some peanut butter and you'll be fine

And nah, LOL it's actually just P90+ interval and kenpo training in the evenings. It's a nice change, just 40-45 mins. We are working on getting her tightened up, there are some loose parts that she wishes to fortify.
