that tricks pretty simple. Most of it is the obvious slight of hand where he picks a wuarter up or already has one in one hand that you can't see.

the rest of the "magic" is one of the coins is a sort of spring loaded "clam shell", it opens up and appears to be 2 quarters on top of each other, but once it's lifted from the surface. You can especially see this when hes doing the last trick where he pushes one through the glass, when he is placing the quarters if you watch close you can see 2 of them are sort of stuck together and moving together. The quarter "apearing" below was obviously already in his hand which is why his fingers were still bent.
