yeah like she would have notice cones, she missed a hole in the ground, so if the guys was down there and it there were cones and she fell on top of him, could he sue her.

BTW, I believe in NYC you are not allowed to text and walk on the streets, since they do not want people walking out into traffic.

LOL yea i saw this on channel 7 news 2 nights ago.... my pops and i had a good laugh lol! its sad though, she got pretty fucked up in terms of scars all over. it even looked like some shit got imbedded into her back (literally).

the funniest thing was all she got was an apology. realistically, if it was me, i would sue for the big bank of cash. lets be real here, even though she was texting, if there were cones there she would have walked into the cone, and not the 6+ foot deep hole in the ground. if i was here, i'd be gearsing up for court!

I guess it has happen in NYC, because people looking down at the phone while walking and do not notice the signal change and they just walk out into the intersection.
