Dead easy. Since this is an international transaction, why don't you just pay in bitcoin? We'll mail you the title once the funds clear.

Alternatively, send your associate. We'll give him the $10k cash the second your cheque clears.

Good luck with the sale! I wanted to sell right now too, but my real estate agent advised to sell it after the holidays. I'm taking her advice, but I hope she's right about waiting.

Haha, well then, he should have all his money stateside considering all the millions he's distributed over the years. I? mean, I? even got $6,000,000 deposited into my checking account and all I had to do was provide my personal banking info. He's good people for sure.
