Well I mean look at this from another perspective.

This is what I think happened.

This orange dude given his appearance bought the Lambo mainly to show off and shitto the ladies. But he can't be showing off if he comes to a squeaky stop every time at a light. So he files claim. This is understandable since we get pissed at little bit of rattling in a 40K car, why wouldn't he get pissed at a 240K squealer?!?

Lambo doesn't want to fix it because maybe it requires replacing the rotor(s) maybe wheel hub too and in Lambo's world, maybe that shit costs them 10s of thousands. So they lied and said they flew in a mechanic from Italy to look at it and they can't fix it hoping the guy would give up after hearing this. Maybe they really flew in a mechanic because its only $1000 for a roundtrip plane ticket and $10000 for a new rotor, and they can't fix it because they need to replace it.

So for fucking him, this orange dude files lemon law, and now Lambo wants to replace it for him but either its too late because he already filed it or too late because orange guy is pissed at orange car company and want to teach them a lesson.

High performance brakes are known to squeal. They have a super high normal operating temp. He probably never drove the car the way it's suppose to be driven.

After watching the Top Gear episode where the displayed 4-5 Gallardos that caught fire, I'm now somewhat skeptical of them, not that I have the money to afford one anyhow.
