Scientist are arguing global warming leads to cold weather but only in the United States in Australia its warmer than normal.

They declared we are having a "mild" El Nino and yet it's still colder in February than is several years/decades. But we are getting some much-needed rain! Just need to make sure the boat is all tuned up when the fishes come north!!!!
