Yea, that video pretty much hits it on the head. It's pretty self-indulgent to think people actually give a shit what you're doing ALL the time.
For instance, I really don't give a shit that your new dog is SOO cute. All puppies are cute and if I wanted to look at one, I could do that for myself.
