My wife loves to cook, she did homemade Margarita Pizza yesterday, the dough took about 8 hours to prepare. She was a bit concerned that the recipe was pretty complicated, 3 pages of her cookbook and that it might not work out but I'm here to tell you they were fantastic.

My bride has also started making bread in her cast iron Dutch Oven, pretty simple recipe and fantastic results every time.

Yup. The thing is pretty much idiot proof. Perfect for thicker cut steaks so I don’t have to use the oven. Planning to use it for chicken breast and pork chops soon.

Second attempt at copying a grilled Cinco Jotas Solomillo (Ibérico pork tenderloin) from a restaurant we like (but removed it from the menu). First attempt was pretty inedible (wrong rub, left on way too long). This time I was very close on the seasoning blend in the rub but overcooked by 5-10 degrees. Hopefully third time is the charm.

Started with stew meat, purple garlic, brown onion, tomato and various spices about 9:30
At 2:00 added the red, purple and white diced potatoes that had been soaking in salt water
About 5:15 dumped in baby bella, baby bok choy, and broccoli
