I am ready to fit this lot to my 2010 e61 535

Evolution Racewerks Intercooler
ER chargepipe with Forge diverter valves
JB oil catch can
Cobb high flow air filter
Cobb V3 tune
KW variant 3 coilovers

I just need to get the inlet valves walnut-shell blasted clean before fitting the new piping as I am sure there will be carbon build up by 77k miles.

UPDATE Jan 17th
Picked up the car today (no pics yet) after all these were fitted by Autohaus Boulder. Fitting was straightforward according to them.
In the short experience so far the performance is transformed. Buckets of torque at mid throttle and then when you floor it the power strikes you by surprise. Shocking actually. But so smooth in normal driving that nobody would know until/unless the foot goes down. Just running the Cobb tune stage 1+ as we only get 91 octane.
The lower stance looks nice and the car feels as if on rails round corners, but the ride isn't harsh (the KWs are on the factory settings).
Very pleased all round.

(I have the AWD)

Great combination of upgrades. Please post a few pics of the finished product. I almost pulled the trigger on the FMIC and charge pipe this year, so I'm really interested in how the install process and final performance turns out.

Awesome stuff! Let us know how the install goes on those pieces, especially that kick-a$$ FMIC and KWs. Do you have an rwd or AWD 535?

Pics 3 and 4 show the lowered stance from the KWs at just over an inch. Pic 5 shows the front Forge diverter valve, pic 2 the rear diverter valve and the JB oil catch can almost hidden under the strut brace and pic 1 the AE intercooler behind the stock grille.
Seamless installation.
The biggest surprise is just how nice it is even to drive around town. Smooth response, no lag.
The suspension is just terrific.
The wheels are just what I keep the winter tires on, nothing special. The rear wheels have a 15mm wheel spacer behind them for a wider look.
